"This business went above and beyond. I was moving out to a new house with my closing in the morning with a garage full of garbage and junk that I needed out asap. After being blown off and given the run around by my local trash company and being given outrageous quotes from other "popular" junk services I was contacted immediately by the owner after submitting a random homeadvisor inquiry. I had to move my appointment back a couple hours and that was no problem for them at all! The owner arrived on time (in the record breaking cold and snow on the night of jan 31, 2019) and literally hauled away every piece of garbage left in my garage. I was super impressed by her work ethic...I even tried to help and was told politely that I dont need to. I have more work for elite and will not hesitate to call again...you will not regret hiring elite. Very impressed and so glad I found them!"

"Mastercat successfully remediated our mold problem in several vents throughout our home, and a spot on our basement wall. We had ill-fitting vent covers which they also replaced - cut to size and painted to match. I was also given advice on how to prevent mold in the future which includes duct cleaning and simply repositioning some furniture and a humidifier. We also hired them in 2019 to remove mold after a basement flood. They cut out some drywall, and we haven?t had problems since. Mastercat was responsive to my request for a quote. They replied to me, came to assess AND completed work all in the same week. A team of 2 worked in our home and the job was completed in about half a day. They were efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after. They do honest work and the quote did not increase much, and when I was asked about replacing vent covers, they researched cost and asked me to approve before purchasing. I would absolutely hire them again but hope I don?t have to!"

We did spray foam insulation and had several companies come out to give us a quote. No one seemed to have the knowledge or customer service Arc Insulation was able to provide. Luis performed the actual spray foam insulation and did a wonderful job. Our home is now night and day with comfort levels. We could not be happier with this company and will use them in the future for insulating our crawl space. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have spray foam insulation done right."
