"I am absolutely pleased with Ramon and his crew. I had a huge camphor tree that was like 9 trees grown together. It was a challenge being next to a fence with its limbs growing over 2 yards, high wires running through it, and roots uplifting my back yard. They were very professional and removed the problem safely. They removed all debris and put the fence back up. Even though Ramon was the most reasonable bid, I was so pleased that I paid him extra."

Maintains steady contact about timing, pricing, and other factors that may change. Estimate variations are negotiated reasonably per product availability and/or customer preferences changing. The final price did exceed the estimate, but only in order to meet changing requirements, and it still was less than it would have been if their advice hadn't saved us $2000 on hardscape materials we had originally thought we wanted. Their knowledge of hardscape and plant materials is excellent, and their execution of the plan surpassed expectations."
