As a person who didn't have any ideal about grout work or its cost, Chuck explained the work that was essential and the work that was just extra. He could have easily charged me a higher price for work that was not needed. He was timely, neat, focused on the job, took no breaks (in approximately 5 hours), very friendly, and his work was outstanding, better than I had hoped. This guy is the real deal and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. He also did not mine coming to Detroit."
