"Ray Howard, the owner, was at my home within 1 hour of my frantic phone call. He evaluated my water damage; he explained what was required and the process; and he gave me a quote. Much to my relief, he and his crew started the remediation the next morning! Immediately upon completion of the the remediation, the restoration commenced. My basement is beautiful! Onpoint not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. The crew, especially Larry, was polite, pleasant, and proficient. Larry kept me updated on the status of the project and he gladly made adjustments to accommodate my schedule. He was a joy to work with. I will use this company again!"
