"We hired them to tear down the tiny existing bathroom to the studs and expanded it into some bedroom closet space in our 1924 home. Rick clearly explained the entire process, timeline and costs. They brought samples to our home during a very professional bid presentation that blew away the other companies we met with. Every subcontractor was professional there was little to no mess or inconvenience to us. Project manager Zach was great at communication via text. All workers tolerated our dog being home so we were grateful not to have to relocate her during work days. Final results looked great and high end -despite our budget choice to use man-made materials for flooring and backsplash. I Loved that they spoke to both our neighbors to let them know to contact them if any issues with construction traffic. Project ended ahead of schedule and exactly on the budget they promised - except we did have to pay a one-time additional cost due to unexpected plumbing issue - but it is a very old house and if we d hired a plumber ourselves I m sure that hiccup would have cost a lot more/ you never know what to expect before the walls come down. If you have an old house and have been dreaming of knocking out a wall to expand and update your kitchen or bath I highly recommend them."

"Working with Timberbrook has been a great experience. They have been working on a 650+ square foot two story addition and renovation to my 1910 home. As with any work on a home that age and a project that size it hasn't been without its surprises. Timberbrook communicates changes and progress in a timely manner. The quality of their build is top notch. I've had friends in the construction industry stop by and comment on the foundation and frame work, then again on the finished work. They did a great job ensuring the exterior matched the 100+ year old aesthetic of the house. The co-owner and designer has helped us put together vision boards and 3-d mock ups of the spaces so we could make design decision. The lead builder, Tyler, has been open to feedback and minor changes to plans and finishes along the way. I would highly recommend Timberbrook for just about anything. Before going with Timberbrook we had one other company, very reputable, that we got a quote from -Timberbrook was a MUCH better (lower) estimate and we've stayed well within their bid. Leading out to our sun room, we had an old slider door that we wanted to replace with new glass french doors and Colton did an outstanding job! Our older home created some challenges due to the custom sized door opening, but Colton went above and beyond to make it look great! He even took the time to create a custom threshold that transitioned the floor from tile to carpet! They cleaned up the site very well once the job was done and even vacuumed out our garage which he used as a work area. I would HIGHLY recommend Smith Remodel and Construction!
