"Since the day we moved into this home, nothing really seemed right. We live near the peninsula in Lake Norman right next to the water, and there has always been water intrusion and mold concerns. We spent at least $10,000 on a Air Filtration system first. We finally decided to sell our home, and what do you know the inspection came back with a radon levels around 18.5. Mark was one of the quickest to respond, patient, and very knowledgeable with radon. We truly believe that those who moved in to our old home are getting a fresh start and a beautiful home. Charlotte Radon Expert's warranty transferred over to the new family and he even added 2 years of maintenance to it for free. God Bless you and your team, you are truly making a difference."
