He checked the entire door and the opening system and said everything looked good except for the spring which was broken. He efficiently replaced it and greased the track. I'm a very senior woman who knows nothing about the mechanics of a garage door opener and he could have taken advantage of that, but he was honest and polite. If needed, I will call this company again."
