"What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. He repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I truly feel that this is a 5 STAR company and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends."

"When you can't get your car out of the garage, you need help quickly, and the Village Garage Door man (I think his name was Josh) was here within a couple of hours on a Saturday. He checked the entire door and the opening system and said everything looked good except for the spring which was broken. He efficiently replaced it and greased the track. I'm a very senior woman who knows nothing about the mechanics of a garage door opener and he could have taken advantage of that, but he was honest and polite. If needed, I will call this company again."
