Project Location: DeForest, WI Date: 02/02/24Location: HomeComment: Ranch home main level drywall problems. Bubbling/cracking of drywall in area around ceiling/wall top as well as corners. Nail pops in a number of areas. Drywall appears to be moving/bowing in some areas and not sure what is causing this. Do have a problem with unfinished lower level structural stud wall where studs are bowing. Unsure if that is the cause of bowing in main level. Garage drywall taping is bubbling around the perimeter of the garage where ceiling/wall meet as well as on the ceiling. Need quotes soon since we're trying to budget for obtaining a bank loan to fix other areas of the home as well.
