He told me he would text me 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way which he did and he was spot on in the schedule window. Upon arrival he set up to make sure the work area was kept clean and after disassembly of the old kitchen faucet he cleaned up the old holes. Mario provided advice on the best placement for the handle which shows care for the customer after the installation.
