"Remy and Melanie were very personable, professional and hard working. We hired them to do a deep cleaning of our condo to get it ready for sale. They and a third person showed up to clean our condo at the time and date agreed upon. To accommodate our need further, they both returned on a second date to complete the shampooing of our bedroom carpet because furniture was not removed yet from the bedroom. They cleaned up completely before leaving. I would totally recommend R and M Maid to Shine Cleaning Service for your cleaning needs."

"Built a house and used them to clean up after construction. Really like the job they did. They really went the extra mile and the house was spotless.I liked the job they did so i hired them for cleaning my rental apartment that had some mold, and tenets left a mess. They took care of the mold, the apartment looks so clean I should have no problem renting it out. Just really impressed with the work and price so i will use them again in the future."

maid services
"They consistently show up on time and always do a detailed clean. Ensure all the items on our list are completed. The house sparkles every time! What we appreciate the most is Judith (owner) messages us after each clean just to make sure everything is to our standards. You cannot beat that type of customer service! With regards to COVID protocol, they are excellent. They told us they were vaccinated during the first visit and they have their masks on so you feel safer during this uncertain times. They also showed us other suggested products to disinfect the house and tested it after our approval just to see if we like it. Overall, I highly recommend hiring them for all your cleaning needs!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
