"I selected Pacific Pool Plastering because Hugo's bid detailed the work to be done, the materials to be used and Pacific's warranty, and also because his bottom-line price was best of three bids. Work started on time and proceeded steadily. Hugo's crews knew their crafts, worked hard, kept noise and clutter under control, and did thorough cleanup at each step in the job. Hugo was always available either on-site or by promptly-replied-to text message. When I asked for a closer color match on the coping stone, it was no problem at all. Hugo and his crew located and obtained just what we wanted. They also took care that the renovations blended well into the pool's overall appearance while adding custom touches of detail.
