"No other provider would take this difficult exterior foundation drainage and repair project. Gio and the APEX team worked with me to design and implement a top quality solution using best in class products to fix a 60+ year old foundation and problem that had damaged structural basement walls and caused regular water intrusion and mold issues. An interior solution would have only put a bandaid over a major problem. I now have a repaired foundation, a new and solid waterproofed wall, and French Drains that will keep water out by diverting it at the source. Apex did all this for less than the cost of installing an interior solution from any one of the well known national and regional companies. Plus, I did not have to demo the expensive finished interior walls that would have been required for an interior solution. Geo, his Apex team, and his network of trade professionals were great to work with and addressed any and every request and concern. For those of you familiar with Net Promoter Scores, I give Apex a NPS of 10!"

I received a quote from another company that was much higher and when I showed the competitor's quote to Kings Waterproofing, the other company had quoted incorrect information and services that I didnt need. "I found these guys by happenstance, after contacting and receiving quotes from the two, allegedly, top companies in the field of waterproofing and foundation repair. Both drew up elaborate work plans for thousands of dollars of work, and one of the plans was centered in an area in which there was no water intrusion!! What a breath of fresh air it is to have a service pro say upon rounding the corner of your property, "I know what this is." Turns out they did! They explained what the problem was, how they would address it, and then did just that. Professional, timely, conscientious, and smart. These guys know their business, and it was an absolute pleasure working with them. Will definitely use again!!!"
