He was at a family function but still listened to my problem and said would be here between 11 and 12 on Monday. Ray showed up promptly and found the problem. The washing machine was fine. The problem was the drain. Which required a plumber. He was extremely polite and courteous and really knows his job. LG washers are a different animal.
