"Tim repaired and painted fascia boards and soffits in three locations due to roof leaks, checked and repaired drywall inside, and replaced molding around a column outside. He and his team did an excellent job and he was in regular contact with me explaining what he was doing and why and getting approval if any changes were needed. He was the only one that came out promptly and gave me a quote. He was always on time, communicates well, demonstrated excellent craftsmanship, and makes sure that you are pleased with his work. A true professional and I would recommend him to any of my friends. Plus he's just a nice guy. I am keeping his card in my file for future use."
