"Melendez Renovations, LLC is operated by Juan Melendez. I have owned my home for over 18 years, and have done a lot of work on it - from smaller jobs, to full underpinning and finishing basement, full kitchen gut and redo, full bathroom gut and redo. Overall, Juan was the best contractor I have hired in 18 years of working on this home. He was polite, punctual, his work was absolutely excellent, and his price was fair considering the scope of work. He removed my concrete driveway and replaced it with a permeable paver driveway that qualified for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation's rebate program. My neighbors on both sides and in front of my home all commented on how great his crew was, how polite they were, and how great the driveway lookd. I HIGHLY recommend Melendez Renovations, LLC!"

"What a great experience. The owner came to the site and got me a quote within 3 hours. The price was good. They knocked down a 44 by 20ft out building and a 20 by 44 ft cement pad. all in one day. They helped with getting 60 yards of fill dirt and flattened it out. A great experience for us. I told my wife "why can't all contractors by this good? Thanks"

"I had 4 contractors come out to the house to give us quotes and each one did the same thing. Walk around, take measurements, put it on paper and give you a price. This was what made DanDale different from everyone else. Jordan the owner took the time and introduced himself, his company, his employees that work for him and what to expect. He described the products he offers, showed us pictures of his work and a sample of the fence. Pricing is very competitive with other companies. He truly does take care of his customers.
