"I was referred to Juan's company from a friend and I also found him here on HomeAdvisor. My project was a fairly complex house flip requiring removal of old roofs on 3 buildings and installation of brand new asphalt shingles. I also had them vault the ceiling in part of the house which required extensive removal and repair plus a new deck. They didn't try to upsell on unecessary repairs and only replaced decking that was rotted in various places. All was completed better than expected at a reasonable cost. Very professional service and I highly recommend."

"L&B Contracting services contacted Me and arrived at my house in Philadelphia promptly the next day. Louis and his helper/brother ascertained what the issue was with the hinges on my kitchen cabinets They checked all cabinets and replaced or repaired the hinges on each one. Now every one of my cabinets closes perfectly The gentleman were meticulous, polite, knowledgeable and knew exactly how to work the somewhat complicated old woodmode hinges. The price was very reasonable and I will be using them for all my contracting needs in the future to keep my home ship shape as they are very knowledgeable at what they do. Thank you Louis!"
