Ivis came as scheduled took measurements and told me exactly what I was going to need, including the self leveler I didn’t know I needed. I’m glad he knows what he’s doing. He didn’t just lay the floor over the ugly green tile like many would do. He took the old tile off and installed the floor. Very little wasted material. Quick and efficient. My wife and I are very satisfied with the way the floor came out. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be contacting him shortly for more projects."

"Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
