"They were amenable to changes in scope of job. Instead of a partial hedge removal, the entire right side was taken down. Earlier we had the left side hedge partially removed, with a short vinyl fence installed. It was then we discovered that rebar posts had been installed to train the growth of the Hemlock hedge.
