"They did good work and placed debris along the roadside for pick-up. However, when they arrived, they disagreed about the items we had discussed that needed to be trimmed/removed and the cost. Even after we showed them the list we had agree to, they upped the price. If I were to ever do business with them again I'd insist on an itemized estimate that we both sign to make sure we are all on the same page."
