"Mr. Shaw repaired the flat portion of our roof, which had been leaking during certain bad storms. He and his team were very polite and business oriented. There was a slight delay in scheduling the project, but it all went according to plan when his schedule opened up. He was prompt on the day we scheduled and brought over the material that he said he was going to install. He and his team installed it in less than a day and the cleanup was fantastic. Later that same day, our area received nearly 7 inches of rain. We cannot imagine what might have happened if we didn't have our roof done earlier that day. Not a single drip after a 2 hour downpour! I will be calling him back to continue more work on the A-frame, as well as getting him more business in my neighborhood. I received 5 proposals from other contractors and TYCOS was not only the most cost effective proposal, but they included several items that other vendors wanted to upcharge. Scott J spent a lot of time with me explaining the options and allaying my concerns. I felt he was honest and reputable. Their crew worked tirelessly through the day taking only 2 breaks, one of which was lunch. Since the days are shorter now, they came back the next day (Sunday) for a couple of hours to finish up the project. They left my property spotless. There was only one minor detail which they addressed immediately. I felt they went all out to insure I was totally satisfied. I would highly recommend TYCOS for any roofing project needed."
