"Professional and knowledgeable."

"I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote and Ken was the only independent owner that came out personally to talk to me. Unlike the other companies, Ken gave very clear explanations of what our options were when it came to replacing certain equipment and suggested a solution that was less expensive than the other quotes and resulted in a more energy-efficient system overall. Because he was so knowledgeable, I discussed upgrading our system with a water softener, and we added that to our project. Ken did the job within a week and came back out a few days later to answer questions and perform some tests and fine-tuning. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recommend!"
