"I feel so lucky that we were linked up with Carl at Mark Meredith LLC. We got completely crushed on a home inspection and had 30 days to make our closing. If not, there goes our dream home we were trying to buy. Carl showed up the same day I contacted him and looked at the deck which was what I had originally wanted a quote for. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable! I think he has the Fairfax County building code memorized. He gave us a very competitive quote, so we decided to get his opinion on all the other items on our inspection list. Their trucks say "we do everything" and man - that is so true!!! He went through item by item and if something was fine (home inspectors have no idea what they're talking about sometimes), he gave us a written explanation why it was fine. One by one, each item was ticked off in record time. Without a doubt, we would have never gotten to close on our home in 30 days without Carl. His crew was so fast and they are true tradesmen! The work working was absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. If we weren't selling and moving this company would be our go-to for all future home projects. Hoping we can find another Carl in our next area!"

From the first call returned at 10 pm the night our furnace died to the final touches of installing the units (we opted to replace our 20 year old furnace and water heater), Matt Conde and his team were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They made a much appreciated effort to explain our problem and the most cost efficient way to deal with it. Never did we feel pressured to make a purchase but we did feel confident that all possibilities were explained. "Sunny helped us install our new refrigerator. He was prompt and delivered his service on time without a long wait. On installing he came up with a solution to jeep our old refrigerator plugged in nearby our new one which saved us time... because the new refrigerator had a oroblem with the condensor which he immediately identified. We called the place we purchased our new just ynder 4k refrigerator and he spoke with the sakes rep directly. I and he were able to reassure the sales rep that it was a defective. He told my husband and me that we should insist on a replacement refrigerator. What service. Reasonable price. And though he did the whole job. And then had to uninstall the new refrigerator and put back our old one... I am still happy because it was the kind of thing that would have taken ne a while to figure out. I was glad to pay him because he put us in a position to get a new undamaged refrigerator."
