Roofing & Gutters
"Jose was on time, and did an excellent job cleaning the gutters. He also recommended few gaps/holes in the gutters and in our chimney. He was able to quickly patch them with silicone while he was up there right after the cleaning was done. It is very helpful to have someone who is proactive like that. Thanks Jose!"

"While 'Sam' was here, he also repaired several sections of fencing that had come down this past spring with a fallen tree. He offered a couple of other small things he noticed like a screw missing on my back black railing and replaced it. He stopped at Lowe's for extra fenceposts without charging me extra. I was IMPRESSED with his workmanship, and input on other things he noticed. He also trimmed a section of evergreen and used ties on latticework for the safety of my dog. He was prompt within an hour of my call which he picked up off 'Home Advisor'/Angie's List FYI/request for gutter fix. He came back later that day to do the job after finishing another."

Remodels
"After a broken pipe damaged most of our bathroom, we hired Travis to to do the remodel. Travis installed new drywall, the completely new shower with tile work on the walls, tile work on the shower floor, and created new glass niches in the shower wall. He also replaced the damaged wood work and replaced our tile floor. Travis got the job done much faster than we had anticipated, even coming to work on weekends to ensure that the job got done fast. Our new bathroom is beautiful! We will be hiring Travis again for additional jobs we need done for our home. Highly recommend!"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
