"Evan responded to our inquiry very rapidly and started out with a base mold test to get a normal reading outside and inside and than at the specific spots we had seen mold at or that were wet from prior leaks. The basement tested high for molds that some mold that may aggravate the human body senses and respiratory system. We discussed a plan of action including getting our insurance company involved.
