We bought the house with new oak hardwood floors throughout, and we would like them sanded down to a lighter color with a matte finish; there is also cupping throughout the house that we would need addressed in the refinishing process. The flooring is in two bedrooms, hallway, living room, dining room, and kitchen--overall, just shy of ~1,000 sqft. There are no baseboards and furniture will be removed.
