      Comment: A hose bib froze and leaked causing ceiling drywall damage in the basement. Need replacement of ceiling drywall where a hole was cut to access the hose bib to replace it. There is some discoloration and cracking of the other ceiling drywall; unsure if that just needs repair or needs to be replaced. (Approximately six feet of drywall damaged in addition to the cut hole.) Everything is dry now. This happened several months ago, we’ve just been unable to get a known local contractor to come due to competing workload.
