"Erickâ s Construction & Hardscaping came and estimated the chimney repair. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in one day. During the job Erick kept me apprised of the repairs with photographs. Upon completion, they cleaned up the repair debris. Communication was guick and questions were answered promptly. Erick was proud of his work and shared photographs of other completed projects. His price for the repairs was reasonable and fair. I was very pleased with the results and look forward to working with him on future projects."

"Diego gave helpful advice on a whole house painting(including tin roof and decking). He and his crew spent significant time pressure washing and preparing all surfaces for paint and stain. They came promptly as the weather permitted. He and his crew were meticulous and expert in their painting. They left no mess behind on any day of work. They are currently 1x6 rough sawn cedar. I would like the rake boards to be replaced with cedar. The fascia boards behind gutters could be replaced with vinyl. Some sections of plywood eves need to be replaced also. I will supply paint to have new pieces painted.
