It literally looks and feels like a new build! Whenever there was a challenge that presented itself, Rob had a solution. He communicated daily, sent pictures while I was away on business travel, and when faced with a deadline, worked his tail off to make sure everything was done. Rob was always fair when it came to pricing and compromising. He is a Godsend! At every step of the way, he did any and everything he could to ease my concerns and keep the project on time. In fact, I always felt like the crew treated my home as if it were their own. What a solid group of guys both professionally and personally! I would be remiss if I did not thank them for bending over backward, at times to their own detriment, to ensure I was completely happy with the turnout of the house.
