It was installed immediately after it was harvested and has completely latched and continues to thrive. We've received numerous complements and inquiries about the type of sod. John had walked us through choosing the type of grass and we are very happy with our selection. The backyard, which was seeded, is looking much better now with grass that matches the sod. Top Notch also installed a substantial drainage mechanism for our yard, connecting a downspout to the rain sewer and also creating a large french drain. This also works beautifully, keeping our lawn dry whereas before it was chronically muddy.
