Fernando helped us properly re-graded and sloped our entire front yard, and backyard â they even corrected drainage by digging up and replacing A poorly executed pipe with a new underground drainage channel.; they also completely removed ground that was overgrown with weeds and pit-holes to create a great foundation for new grass to grow and thrive. They were also gracious enough to spread the first round of new grass seed over there newly graded work so that we can start our new grass. Fernando and his team do great work as promised and for a fair price, they are highly communicative and make sure that they complete work to the customers satisfaction.
