"I have never owned a pool before so I did a little research and found that the Gulf Stream is manufactured near Cape Coral and is built for the Florida climate and conditions. Brian presented me with a quote for a Gulf Stream unit as did another company. The initial estimates were very close but when I asked for the coating process to be applied and to have the app that controls it installed on my phone, the other company's price began to rise.Colonial agreed to include them at a significantly lower cost. I accepted their offer on a Friday and the heater was installed the following Tuesday. After encountering a glitch in installation of the app, the tech called Gulfstream and a technician was here at a scheduled time on the following day.. He solved the problem and left me a number to call if I need help in the future. Over all, I am very pleased and comfortable with my decision to purchase the heater from Colonial Pool and Spa. The staff was very pleasant and helpful."
