"We remodeled our Cape Coral, Fl. Home while living in the Chicago area. We gutted the whole interior, removed and relocated walls, a bathroom, and extended the front door. We changed the outside from the Spanish style entry to a more contemporary look. Brent and his crew made it absolutely the easiest remodel job I have ever done. The workmanship was great and the project was completed on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Tarpon Bay for any remodeling you have to do. Brent kept us updated on the project and sent pictures for all the steps along the way. He offered suggestions and gave us his honest opinion on our choices. In fact he almost insisted we take the laundry out of the garage and put it in the house. It turned out to be a great choice, especially in these hot summer months. I used a home remodel loan and Brent filled out all the necessary paperwork. Brent created our dream home for us."

"I had decided to sell my house and wanted help to spruce up the inside. Roman and Jill came to discuss the improvements that would make the house look best. Their suggestions were great. Tony Zumbo and his crew worked with Jill to get the work done. When the job was done my house looked fantastic!! The whole house was painted inside, work done by previous workers was redone, trim was added, and floors were professionally cleaned. I was tremendously happy with work done.
