Richard came to our home the same day of our initial phone call and replaced the steel rollers with nylon ones (much quieter!), and balanced the door and adjusted the settings. Unfortunately, the same problem happened the next morning. Richard came back out within an hour of my phone call and replaced the circuit board. He did charge us for the part, but not for the return service call. He is friendly, professional and an experienced Navy veteran. We would highly recommend hiring him for any of your garage door needs."
