They assigned it to Gulf State Heating and Air, they warned me that since it is a Friday and a holiday weekend (Labor Day) that I may not hear from them until Tuesday. It was less than an hour from when I made the claim to when Heath the technician arrived. He was very professional and took the time to educate us on a couple of things we didnâ t know about our unit. It took him about an hour to get our unit up and running again and we are so grateful for that. We will most certainly be using this company for all future AC needs, regardless. They were fantastic and we couldnâ t be happier with the service or time it took."

"Mister Penninger came right away and figured out the problem as soon as he got here. He got the frigerator running enough to make it through the night since you had to get parts the next morning. He came back the next morning with the parts and within 15 minutes had the refrigerator fixed and back to normal. He is very efficient and very knowledgeable.
