"Matt did his best to do exactly what was required to stop a long-lasting leak. He acted in such a way that you would think he was doing this for his own house. His estimate was lower than the others, and he had other specialists in chimneys and gutters to do specific work. All of them were very friendly. The other contractors I talked to first were going to charge a lot more and would not listen to me when I told them what had to be done. They all wanted to do something different, charging me more and just putting a band-aid on the problem instead of actually eliminating the problem. If I have to have any more roof repair done I will definitely hire Matt again."
