He came out on short notice and gave me a very competitive estimate that did not change. He resolved some problems with the color and door style. He installed the new doors during one of the rainiest days days on record at his own request, I could have waited. During the installation, he noticed some minor damage to some of the door sections and immediately called the manufacturer to get new sections. I knew that it would take about 30 days for the new sections to come in but it was no problem. I even paid the balance of the cost when the doors were first installed and I wasn't concerned that he would run out on me. The new sections came in, he installed them and they look great. I couldn't be more happier with the doors and the fantastic customer service."
