"CM tile did work in my 1904 Victorian Redlands, CA home in Sept. 2022. The hardwood floor in the kitchen was replaced with tile, and an adjacent ¾ bathroom was completely redone. In short, my wife and I both had an excellent experience. Manuel and his crew were diligent, professional, and polite. The project went smoothly from start to finish. Thatâ s not to say the project was without unexpected twists. The floor in the kitchen contained multiple layers of various materials that were stripped away before placing the new floor. And a pipe passing from our washing machine through the floor and into the basement had to be replaced after a leak from the pipe was discovered. The leak had slowly been doing damage to the adjacent flooring for years. The pipe was in a difficult area to reach. Manny dealt with the kitchen floor as needed and fixed the plumbing issue himself. He also placed a new toilet and a new vanity sink in the bathroom. For limited additional tasks beyond his scope needed to complete the project (such as dealing with the floor damage noted above), he brought in other experienced professionals as needed. The finished product is functional and beautiful, just what we wanted. Manny is a perfectionist with multiple skills and years of experience making homes better. Very highly recommended."

They offer cash discounts over credit card. Plumber, Junior Chang took the time to explain our plumbing issue and answered all my questions. He even showed me the video feed of what our pipes looked like. We were convinced there was a broken pipe but after viewing realized we just had soft blockage issue. They were prompt and professional. I highly recommend and will use them again."

"We had our main drain clogged. Toilets and drains were backing up. On a Sunday I had called local plumbing companyâ s ETA was next day. I found Lincoln plumbing spoke with Noel and he assured me he could make it in the same day. After 2 hours Noel the person who I spoke with over the phone, was knocking on my door. Very professionally he got to work started to look for our main clean out. Our house did not have one. So he had to remove one of the toilets to get restriction out. After removing restriction wipes. He tested all toilets and drains to confirm the problem was resolved. He advised that he would recommend installing a clean out and a camera inspection to check quality of pipes . Which I then asked for a quote. And that we would contact the company after the holidays. After all Iâ m very happy with Lincoln plumbing they were able to get my drain unclogged on a Sunday. "Working with Rigo and his team was amazingly easy! He promptly setup an appointment to measure and provide a quote to install approximately 1400 sq ft of laminate flooring which was much more reasonable than others. He communicated his pricing and scope of work via email and even communicated his timing using email to confirm appointments. He also recommended a flooring supplier to obtain another quote for materials as the 1st quote I received seemed very high. I was able to obtain the materials for half the price I was originally quoted. The supplier was easy to work with and coordinated with Rigo to expedite material availability. Rigo was proactive to point out the best approach for installation as we were removing carpet and hard surface. His crew took care not to damage any other surfaces during the removal of existing flooring. One area required additional prep work to ensure proper look which he completed and charged a nominal amount. I was very thankful to have someone so knowledgeable that anticipated and communicated concerns up front to ensure that the best look could be achieved. While we were on an extremely tight schedule he worked around painters, tile crew and other subs without any complaints. He finished the job in record time without sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship of the installation was near perfection! He also painted and installed new baseboards which finished the look beautifully. I would use Rigo and his team again for ALL of my flooring needs without hesitation!"
