"Absolutely perfect framing. Best price of many we got quoted from and the job was fast and amazingly done. The inspector came and passed it with flying colors. Strongly recommend for any framing or carpentry job! We hired MDF for several projects now, including replacing the front door, storm door, interior molding and repair doors, tables, install vanities, and much more, Just an extremely versatile, knowledgeable, effective and honest carpenter who has extensive experience and creativity. Care for details and reliable jobs that last for long time. Just the best we have met, and that why we keep on planning jobs including a couple for Murphy beds for the kids. "Miguel and his team did a great job replacing a deck at a townhouse located in the Windbrooke at Silverton townhome community in Cary, NC. These charming townhomes were built in the 1980s. More recently, the HOA voted to make unit owners responsible for repair and replacement of decks instead of the HOA. Predictably, there are plenty of decks that need to be repaired and/or replaced in this community. Miguel handled permitting with the Town of Cary and he stained the deck after construction to meet HOA guidelines. He is reasonably priced, efficient, and quick to communicate with his clients. Would highly recommend."
