I would highly recommend Dave. Gave me an estimate on the spot. He did not cut corners but performed the work that was required. Did not suggest work to fluff the bill. Build a good solid deck. Honest.

Dave was extremely prompt in providing an estimate and then scheduled the porch rail replacement quickly. He was fair and very competitive w other estimates I received. He was also wonderful about advising me on best quality for my home without any upselling. He was also very pleasant to work with. Once he started the job, he worked very steadily and completed my project in about 6 hours, cleaning up well once finished.

Dave was prompt in his response, provided professional work and was affordable. He is an awesome guy and works hard. Finished a whole fence in two days working ALONE. Will definitely hire him again.

Dave was able to do the job for a much lower price than the other companies we got estimates from, and he was also wonderful to work with! He set up an appointment for an estimate right away, and gave us the estimate while still at our house. He was willing to be flexible to build the deck the way we preferred, and responded right away to our texts and calls with questions about the project. He started work on only a week after we hired him, and although he did the job entirely by himself, finished it on the 4th day. We now are enjoying our beautiful composite deck sooner than the other companies could have started it, and for thousands of dollars less!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dave is a pleasure to work with. His workmanship is amazing. His communication outstanding. I live 4 states away and I was able to hire him he sent updates. He started the job as scheduled and completed the work as scheduled. If he tells you three days it is done in 3 days. He was prepared. Confirmed my specifics before beginning. My project was demo of an old deck, haul away, and rebuild a composite deck. Scheduling and reliability amazing. Honest! Fair pricing. I talked to multiple contractors so whatever price you get call him before you go with anyone else. He was not the least expensive, but comparing 10 bids he was definite appropriately priced. I have done the leg work for you trust me your search is over he is the guy to hire. He has a lane and he knows what it is and he will tell you if he cannot do a project. If you have Any doubts on who to hire you will have Zero doubts after meeting with Dave and discussing your project. Highly Recommend!
