"Dino and his guys did a great job at a fair price. Very easy to work with. We originally texted a few vendors to ask what they charged per square foot. Dino was the only vendor who actually gave us a definitive answer range to that specific question without mentioning a ton of dependencies. He was available to come take a look came look at our flooring and was able to give us a quote right then and there. Dino was also knowledgeable as he was able to correctly identify the unique species of wood flooring we had, other vendors went able to. They also were able to remove a stained wood spot and replace the wood with wood we had in a more inconspicuous spot. The floor looks great and you canâ t even tell itâ s been replaced would recommend."

"Daniel and his team were amazing. He did a beautiful renovation of an apartment quickly and beautifully. I didn't have a complete plan of the work I needed done, and the scope of the project expanded dramatically from week to week, and Daniel was always ready and willing to accomplish what needed to be done. Daniel was completely reliable and met my tight deadline before my tenants moved in. He answered text messages and phone calls promptly. He provided new quotes for new work very quickly. His employees and sub-contractors all did excellent work -- from new flooring to drywall to electrical work. Even when I had an unusual request -- like leaving some old lath exposed -- Daniel and his team were agreeable and completed the work well. Daniel also offered helpful, sound suggestions and advice on several occasions. I hope to work with Daniel and his team again."

"The experience was very positive. Alex took time to explain the various options and methods for refinishing the floors. I decided on the Swedish floor finish called Syntekco and I'm very satisfied with the results. There were also a couple of floor boards that were repaired to my satisfaction. Upon completion, he took the time to explain how to maintain the floors. The job was started and completed on time. It was well within my budget as well. I'll engage them again and make recommendations to friends and family."
