"We had a troubling leek in our roof for several years, other companies came to look at the problem and most of them never really had a plan to fix this terrible problem. I asked for 3 contractors to give me a bid 2 of the contractors said we will try to fix it. After speaking with Leo from Available construction. He said we I see where the problem is and this is how we are going to fix it. I fully understand that leeks in a roof are a difficult problem to diagnose.
