Jae did the initial estimate and took a deal of time answering my questions about the process. On the day the crew arrived, Jae was there within 15 minutes of their arrival to speak with the crew and myself. Once the job was finished, he made a follow up apt 2 days later to personally inspect the job himself. He was very professional!
