Frank showed up (very professional) looked at the heater, broke it down and brought it back to life. While doing this Frank discovered and consulted with me a few dangers that I was not aware of. One major one was the burner liner in my heater was gone and seals around the burner gone which could of hurt my family and I. Frank did not up sell me one bit left it up to me to make the decision, good guy and my new burner mechanic."
