Basement Concrete Wall Repair, Sump Pump Replacement, Attic Mold Removal Remidiation and Basement Wall Waterproofing
"Healthy Spaces uses a peroxide solution (Serum 1000) which I liked better than a chlorine solution offered by the other two vendors interviewed. The peroxide solution bubbles so you know where the mold is located. The process took two full days. For families with pets and small children, the smell was nasty. More ventilation would have helped (my fault) and perhaps to stay out of the house for the couple of days. Overall I'm pleased. My basement looks 100 better! White walls and grey floors. The workers filled holes in the foundation and pointed out electrical issues -- which I had fixed by my electrician."

"It is with deep satisfaction that I recommend Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction. Mr. George Grady is a skilled craftsman. He was hired to correct long neglected and extensive masonry and window issues on a large, beautiful Presbyterian Church built in the Civil War era in Philadelphia. The property was neglected with only minimal maintenance performed over the last 40+ years. The building was in severe decline and in need of stabilization and restoration on many fronts. Cracked ledge plates were chipped out and reestablished, internal walls damaged by leakage were broken out and repaired, brickwork was repointed and in severe cases reestablished to original strength and beauty. Leaks around the base of the building were addressed to stabilize deterioration of the foundation. Large rotted window sills under beautiful stained glass windows were restored after significant masonry reestablishment due to water damage under the rotted out sills. Broken and missing stained glass windows are in the process of repair and replacement. The process started with new metal frames cast by Mr. Grady. The new frames will hold clear painted replications of the original stained glass, also crafted by Mr. Grady. Regular windows all around the church and manse were also repaired and restored. Roof leaks were accurately identified and repaired. A sagging plaster ceiling has been torn out and restored. All this work was done by Mr. Grady alone or with an occasional helper. He worked with care, expertise and respect for the original structure. The results far exceeded our expectations and have injected new life into a building on the brink. This building, owned by the Presbytery of Philadelphia, now houses a new urban ministry in a newly gentrifying area of the city. We are happy to have had the good fortune to be connected to Gradys Painting and Plastering & Construction by Service Magic."

"I bought my first home with one major oversight, I had a hidden swimming pool in the basement which only showed its head in the spring. After the first year I had a basement company come in to give me a quote. The quote was much more than I anticipated it would be. I decided to wait on fixing the basement. The next few years I struggled with the flooding basement. ( which was a mistake because it only got worse ) A friend of mine told me of a company called Neverwet Basement Waterproofing. I gave Neverwet a call to give me a quote and their quote came in a lot less than the first one I had received. They gave me their best price first without playing games. I agreed to the quote and scheduled the work. They fixed both the outside and inside, I cannot say enough about the work ethic of Kevin and his crew. The whole experience from start to finish was way above my previous expectations. My basement is bone dry, I recommend Neverwet to all of my friends. Joanne D"

"Tommy certainly knows masonry. I had trouble finding someone to repair my cement walk-out back entrance. Tommy understood what had caused much of the damage and repaired it with the intent that it would last for decades. The end result shows off his quality workmanship!"

"They did a great job. Gave options on how to resolve keeping the water out of the basement. Offers financing which made it more affordable than taking out a personal loan or saving up the money. Would highly recommend"
