Current sump pump only works if I "wiggle " it -may need to replace or clean out. I want a receipt for the sump pumps, and a warranty guaranteed. Alternatively, I can purchase a Wayne sump, not made of plastic, that is submersible. About 6 months ago , a plumber from Southfield installed a sump pump- he gave me no receipt, and charged me way too much ($450.) for a 15 minute job. He installed a very loud sump, which runs a lot or only when I wiggle it. He took the one I had "to reuse parts". I want a reliable, trustworthy plumber- and NOT get ripped off again.
