He responded back early Thursday; the old surface was removed that afternoon. Blacktop was completed yesterday, Friday. I am so very appreciative that he understood my frustration. I watched as he and his team worked. Granite operated all the equipment, he was expert at loading the dump truck with the debris torn up by the backhoe. He graded, and raked the blacktop smoothly.
