The process took about 2 hrs and the tile looks like it was just installed. The grout has never been cleaner. "After the worst rain storm our area ever got hit with my basement apt was flooded. They came quick, prepared and eager to get going. The men dry vacâ d the floor and carpet, removed the carpet and dried the padding and floor. It is a brand new carpet so I wanted to save it but doubted anything would. They were terrific. Everything was completely dried and saved. No mold or mildew. They did a fantastic job but I also liked who they were. They were personable and kind.
