"Adam and his crew replaced our roof 2 years ago. The price quoted was fair and accurate. We were informed prior to the start that if there was a double layer of shingles on the old roof then the price would be higher due to the extra labor, which is what we encountered so there was no surprises. His team started when agreed, and worked until it was finished. No working a day here, and then coming back a week or so later to finish when their schedule would allow. Everything was cleaned up nicely including any nails I work in insurance, and can tell you from some of my client's bad experiences that you get what you pay for here. Adam is fully insured and we were provided with a Certificate of Insurance prior to the job being started. It is SO important that whomever you hire is fully insured for liability AND workers compensation. There are a ton of guys out there that do not have it because it's not cheap, or they have one but not the other. They can show you something stating that they are exempt from Workers Comp, but that only means that the law does not require them to carry it, not that you personally won't have a big problem on your hands if they fall of your roof. Like I said, you get what you pay for, and the protection a contractor being fully insured provides means peace of mind for you. I would highly recommend Adam and his team."
