"The owner responded to my request for an estimate the same day. He arrived promptly, checked the inside ceiling where the leak was and checked the roof. He patiently explained what was causing the leak, showed me pictures he took of the area where the leak was, and explained what needed to be done. His price was fair and he arrived promptly the next day and completed the job. He also fixed some loose and missing tiles on the roof at no extra charge. It has since rained and i am happy to report no further leaks. The owner has also called me to follow up to make sure I did not have any additional problems."
